Why can't I login?
I am a First Time User
If this is your first time using Home Banking, please click the "First Time User" button on the login page and complete the requested "First Time User Information". Once you have completed and submitted the requested information, you will be asked to set up an "Access ID",(which can be any combination of letters or numbers that you can easily remember). Do not use your account number or any other sensitive information for your Access ID. You will be asked to change your "temporary password" to a new password. Your password must be a minimum of 10 characters including a number, a capital letter, and lower case letter. Once completed, you will have immediate access to your accounts on Home Banking.
I don't remember my "Access ID" and/or "Password"
If you don't remember your "Access ID" or if your account is locked because of too many failed login attempts, please call 757-671-7900 or 1-800-652-3328 and a bank representative will be happy to assist you. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 12 PM. If you have forgotten your "password", you may click on the "Forget Your Password?" hyperlink on the login page and we will e-mail you your password. You will then be required to change it to a new password.
It's been over 60 days since I used home banking
For security purposes, Bank @lantec, a division of Dollar Bank, FSB disables any internet accounts that have been inactive for 60 days or longer. If it has been more than 60 days since you last signed onto Home Banking, you are now considered a "First Time User". Please follow the instructions detailed above under "I am a First Time User" for initiating access to Home Banking.
What is my account number?
Your account number is a 9 or 10 digit number that was provided to you when you opened your account. It is no longer your Social Security Number which we used as your account number prior to October, 2004. All accounts opened prior to October 2004 were provided a new account number. If you don't remember your account number, please call 757-671-7900 or 1-800-652-3328 and a bank representative will be happy to assist you. How may I sign-up for Mobile Banking?
You must have an active online banking account. When you login to online banking go to Options and click on Enroll Now in the section called Mobile Banking Profile. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully then click the box to continue. Select the services you want: App, Mobile Browser, Text Banking, or Text Alerts then follow the instructions listed.
